Types of press processing
Press punching molding
We can punch thin FRP sheets using our press machines (25t, 45t).
It is suitable for mass production. By pressing conventional cut products, we can also reduce costs.
Although it depends on the shape, we can punch up to a thickness of about 3t.
Processing is also possible at our Malaysian factory.

Thomson Processing
Thomson machining is a manufacturing technique in which a wooden mold is created by pressing, and then the material is precisely cut using a lathe or milling machine. This method is suitable for efficiently manufacturing parts with complex shapes while maintaining high quality and precision.
