Molded product

We are able to perform a variety of moldings using various press machines in our own factory. We are able to perform a wide range of processing that makes the most of the physical properties of the material, such as punching FRP thin plates and direct pressure molding of thermosetting plastics. For mass production, we can also process at our Malaysian factory.

Direct pressure molding

This is a typical processing method for thermosetting plastics.
Premix material (BMC) is placed in a heated mold, and then compressed and hardened using a compression molding machine.
Molding with inserts is also possible, and we can also handle post-molding.
Transfer molding (pot type) is also available.
We also handle various materials for direct pressure molding. We can also sell materials, so please contact us.

Kyocera Corporation, Resonac Inc., Otalight Inc., and others

Injection molding

Materials such as synthetic resin (plastic) are heated and melted, sent into a mold, and then cooled to form the shape.
The process begins with melting the material, followed by pouring, solidifying, removing, and finishing. Injection molding makes it possible to mass-produce a wide variety of parts, including complex shapes, in rapid succession.
It is also possible to mold with different materials, and it is also possible to insert FRP materials processed by our company.
