Vulcanized fiber

Vulcanized fiber is a type of cellulose nanofiber material made by chemically treating the raw paper to break down the cellulose to the nano level and firmly bind it.
Experiments have shown that it decomposes faster than regular paper, making it an environmentally friendly material.
In recent years, there has been a demand to move away from plastic, and this material has been attracting attention as a substitute for plastic.
We mainly stock HB-77 and K-57.
The thickness is basically thin, ranging from 0.25t to 2.4t. Some thicknesses may not be in stock.
Cutting is possible, but we can also perform press punching.
Colors are gray (N), red (R), and white (SW).

General-purpose fiber. Class B of JIS C 2315.
Excellent mechanical strength and workability (punching, bending, drawing), it is a general product used as an electrical insulating material, as a structural material for various containers, miscellaneous goods, various packing, and machine parts.

Water-resistant fiber. Water absorption rate in 1 hour is less than 10%.
This product combines the properties of fiber and the properties of plastic with excellent dimensional stability homogeneously within the structure.
