What types of thermosetting resins are there?: There are epoxy, unsaturated polyester, phenol, vinyl ester, etc.
We mainly deal with epoxy, polyester, and phenol laminates.

Could you please tell me about the range of orders Fuji Denki can accept regarding manufacturing and processing?: As a trading company, we handle all kinds of resins, with a focus on FRP processing.
As our company name includes the word “denki” (electricity), we also handle electrical materials such as electric wires.
Although it is a simple task, we also undertake assembly work.

What is the lead time?: If the materials are in stock, we can deliver them in about 3 weeks after receiving the order.
If the materials are not in stock, it will take a separate delivery time. Please contact us separately.

Could you please tell me about your delivery system?: We use Seino Express. Please contact us separately for other shipping companies. Depending on the location and product, a sales representative may make the delivery. Please contact us separately.

Can you consult with us from the concept stage of a new product?: Yes. We propose high-quality, appropriate materials and processing methods that take into consideration heat resistance, chemical resistance, strength, etc. according to the customer’s application, from material selection to application.

Can I discuss prototypes or samples?: Yes. Depending on the content, it may be free or there may be a fee, but we can handle it from just one item.

Can you also handle exports?: We can handle everything from creating customs documents to handing over to the broker in-house. We can also ship to Southeast Asia from our Malaysian factory.

Are there any specific measures you are focusing on to address the environment?: Our company is actively participating in the government’s “Decarbonization Policy” and has completed registration for the Decarbonization Management Declaration. Our efforts to date have begun with small steps such as reusing paper as cushioning material for deliveries to reduce paper waste and switching to LED lighting.
